Set the value of profile Concurrent:Report Access Level to Responsibility.
The output submitted by other users can now be viewed from the responsibility through which the request was submitted.
The other option available is User,which restricts the output only to the user who submitted the request.

The blog is very help full for all.
When we set the profile value Concurrent:Report Access Level to Responsibility. we are able to view standard report output only but not custom report.
Well, thats not true. If you set this profile you should be able to see any report that has an output. The only thing to be remember is that you should switch to a responsibility where that request is attached to.

Please confirm this profile is available in R12 too.Because I could not find this profile.
In R12 this is replaced by Role Based Access Control. Later this week, I will try to post more details on this
hi. i couldnt find the profile Role Based Access Control in R12. i am having a similar issue in PROD envi. Could you please more on this please
